Yes, PetMax currently subsidizes the cost of shipping by providing up to 90% off of all published shipping rates. We realize shipping can be expensive. Especially for heavy and bulk items. Therefore, we do our best to provide the most cost efficient shipping possible by working hand-in-hand with FedEx & Canada Post to reduce shipping costs as much as possible.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the box(es) that are being shipped and the destination to which the order is being delivered. You can determine the cost of shipping after entering your shipping address.
Proceed through the first step of the checkout process to get to the shipping cost. Your postal code is a key factor to determining the correct shipping amount. You can also estimate the shipping cost directly in the Shopping Cart.
PetMax strives to ship all orders same business day when an order is placed before 12pm or within 1 business day of your purchase. If PetMax unable to ship out your order within 7 business days due to unforeseen circumstances, a customer service representative will contact you with more information.
PetMax will send out a confirmation email informing you that your order has been shipped along with a FedEx or Canada Post tracking number.
Yes, FedEx and Canada Post both provide a tracking numbers for all their parcels. This allows you to know where your package is every step of the way. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order which will include a tracking number along with estimated delivery date.
This excludes Small Packet USA Air parcles, which are the most cost effective but do not include a tracking number.
Yes, PetMax ships to all Provinces and Territories, including P.O. boxes and rural route addressess.
Yes, PetMax does ship to the United States. We currently only ship small packet items and are unable to ship pet food, treats, medications, or regulated goods, due to border restrictions.

I find them very professional. My orders always come right away and packed so perfectly so cans of food are not falling out. Very friendly. I am so glad they were recommended to me. They also have very good sales that save me money with a multi cat household.
