BLUE BUFFALO GIVEAWAY - CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of PetMax, Blue Buffalo, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of the aforementioned are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period: The contest begins on August 8 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
3. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. There are four ways to enter:
   a) Online Entry: Visit https://www.petmax.ca/pages/jbl-xtreme2-bluetooth-speaker-giveaway-courtesy-of-blue-wilderness and complete the contest branded signup form with your full name and valid email address.
   b) In-Store Entry: Complete a paper ballet at our PetMax retail location in Hamilton.
   c) Automatic Entry with Purchase: Purchase any Blue Wilderness Big Bag of dog food (over 9Kg) or cat food (over 4.8Kg) in-store or online.
   d) email a short 500 word essay to sales@petmax.ca outlining your fondest outdoor adventure in the wilderness.
4. Entry Limitations: Limit one entry per person, per email address, regardless of the method of entry.
5. Prize: Two (2) JBL Xtreme2 Bluetooth speakers (Approximate Retail Value: $450 each). One speaker will be awarded to an online customer and one to an in-store customer. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on September 1, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Skill testing question required.
7. Notification: Winners will be notified via email. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Conditions of Participation: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PetMax, which shall be final. All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
9. Liability Limitations: PetMax and Blue Buffalo are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any other errors that may occur in connection with this contest.
10. Personal Information: By participating in this contest, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the contest and for marketing purposes. No personal data will be shared with third parties or with Blue Buffalo. All information collected is subject to the PetMax privacy policy.
11. Additional Terms and Conditions: Pet Max Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this contest at any time without notice. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The discount is applicable to Blue Wilderness dog food big bags weighing over 9 Kg and cat food big bags weighing over 4.8 Kg. The discounted prices will be displayed in the shopping cart and are applicable in-store and online. The sale is subject to product availability and while supplies last. It is not valid on past purchases. No rain checks will be provided. Packaging may vary from the images shown. The sale is void where prohibited. Errors and omissions excepted (E. & O. E.).
